MAWCA members receive discounted conference registration rates every year, so if you'd like to join our organization with a Professional Membership or add an entire writing center staff with a Center Membership before registering, please click here. If you are presenting at the conference but may be hampered by insufficient funds to attend, you can apply to receive a scholarship from MAWCA at this link. "Early Bird" registration ends on Friday, February 27, 2026. Presenters must register by March 19 for inclusion in the conference program, but registration for non-presenting attendees will be available through March 27 and 28.
guest passFor partners, parents, or other supporters who will accompany a presenter to MAWCA 2026, we also offer a Guest Pass that covers the costs of meals on Friday and/or Saturday! If you are a co-presenter on a panel at this year's conference, though, please register according to the rate table listed above. However, caregivers, medical assistants, nurses, and other similar personnel can attend the MAWCA conference for free. If you have questions, contact us for more information.
